I have been playing the harp forever. I have 3 of them including an electric harp. About 20 years ago I read a study conducted by Wake Forest University that showed that in Neo-Natal Intensive Care Wards the cortisol levels of the preemie babies were lowered when exposed to live harp music. Even the stress levels of the doctors, nurses and parents on the ward were lowered which is crucial for all involved. So I began playing in the NNIC at St. Joseph's Hospital in Burbank, California. The picture on the top left shows me playing there on Thanksgiving Day 2017.  The one beneath it was taken at the same ward in 1997. I find doing this to be very rewarding. I have also played at Cedar's Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, yoga centers, hospice situations, etc. I would be happy to do this for anyone who feels like this would be helpful for them or a loved one.
